Henan Runjuxiang New Material Co.,Ltd, is our newly established factory, located in Nanyang Henan, covering 18,000 square meters area. Besides of machine manufacturing, Henan Runjuxiang will also produce Bi-Co fabric in factory as demonstrating to machine customers.
Model: We produce the machines of spunbond, meltblown, and spunmelt composite lines. The models are from double beams to five beams, including SS, SSS, SMS, SMMS, SSMS, SSMMS and Bi-Co etc.
Width: The machine width we produce are mainly 1.6m, 2.4m, 3.2m and 4.2m. The 2.4m and 3.2m are more widely used.
Fabric: The suitable fabric weight range of our machine is 8-150gsm, mainly 8-80gsm for highly speed machine. The filament fineness that our machines produce can be less than 1.8D even less than 1.2D. The longitudinal and transverse strength of the fabric exceeds the national and international standard.
